Star Dermatology Clinic in Seomyeon, Busan I've seen the sign for Star Dermatology Clinic next to the Busan Lotte Hotel for about 20 years, and this time I finally experienced spot removal and whitening laser treatment 🌸 The medical staff were very kind, and they even called a Japanese interpreter for me, making it a very good experience. The signage on the fourth floor of the building was fairly clear. The environment was spacious and bright. The translator was incredibly helpful and beautiful. It was a consultation with the room manager, and they gave us time to think things through without any pushy sales tactics. They even helped remove my makeup before applying numbing cream. The whole process was smooth and there wasn't much waiting. Looking forward to the results!

The consultant will first ask about the areas you want to improve, and then carefully recommend suitable treatments. They won't offer blind suggestions, allowing you to choose based on your own needs. You can also discuss any discomfort during the treatment with the doctor. Overall, the experience was very comfortable, although I was quite nervous and sweated a lot! 🤣🤣

I was curious about laser lifting, so I received treatment from a male doctor. I really liked that he explained everything step by step. Other places usually just end with a consultation, but here, they let me see the doctor first before proceeding with the consultation! The consultation manager was also great; she explained everything thoroughly. Thank you!

I just received a 300-shot Ultherapy treatment. Perhaps due to the thorough application of anesthetic cream, I didn't feel much pain, and it was comfortable because I could communicate with the director and adjust the intensity as we went along! The firmness of my skin felt immediately after the procedure makes me look forward to the lifting results! I look forward to seeing the progress.

I booked an Ultherapy appointment and received the treatment. Thanks to the director and coordinators who explained everything kindly, I had a pleasant experience during the procedure! I am sensitive to pain, but I opted for sedation to ensure a comfortable treatment, so I didn't feel any pain at all! I feel like my skin firmed up immediately, so I am very satisfied. I plan to come back regularly for treatments! Haha.

You can add them on LINE to make an appointment in advance. There are Chinese-speaking staff on-site to help you communicate with the doctor. The staff are very friendly and the environment is nice. My colleague said that there are fewer people here than in Seoul, so you don't have to wait too long.
