Are their working hours like a rubber band? They say they close at 5, but they told me I couldn't see a doctor even if I arrived 15 minutes early. So I asked for the schedule, and it said they close at 5 there too. When I inquired, they said they closed early because of a surgery. It's ridiculous. This is a hospital, not a place where they just do whatever they want. I'm just dumbfounded that they close early. Even though they're supposed to be open until 5, they even tipped me off that I have to come at 4. It's absurd. I understand that patients have to adjust to the hospital's schedule, but... If they close at 5, they should at least stay open until 5. Or at least put a notice saying the reception closes at a certain time. Tsk.

As a university student living in foreign country I feel little worry to go to the hospital but after experiencing Busan Korea Hospital I will definitely recommend you to go to this hospital The best hospital in Busan staff are very friendly . As a foreigner I don’t know much about Korean language but they use translator to guide me which helps me very much. All the staffs are too much polite that I feel like I am living in home. They don’t make me feel like a foreigner they treat me so well . I am so much thankful to your best service GOD bless you all .

I had knee meniscus repair surgery and was hospitalized in Ward 8. The nurses, nursing assistants, and nursing assistants there were all so kind and friendly, making my stay comfortable even without a caregiver. They always asked for what I needed before I asked, and I was grateful while they were there, but now that I've moved to another hospital, I feel that gratitude even more acutely. Each bed in my hospital room had its own TV, so we could watch our favorite shows, which made time less boring. I miss everything. But I hope I never have to be hospitalized again.
