This experience was truly excellent! From the moment I entered, the clinic staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire process very comfortable and reassuring. The consultant and the director were both highly professional, patiently understanding my needs and concerns, and offering many practical and effective suggestions without any pressure to sell. Any questions were carefully addressed, and tailored advice was given based on my individual situation, making me feel that they genuinely considered things from my perspective, rather than just trying to recommend treatments. It's easily accessible, right by Exit 1 of Hwamyeong Station on Subway Line 2. It's on the 7th floor, but the entire 7th floor is dedicated to dermatology, and it's quite spacious and luxurious! It's a hotel-like dermatology clinic, and I felt at ease because there were more locals than tourists. The Japanese-speaking staff were very polite and provided detailed assistance throughout, so it was fine even though I don't speak Korean! I had Ultherapy, toning laser, and LDM treatments, and the procedures were done carefully and well. Personally, I liked this clinic better than the Seomyeon area; it had a more local feel and was calmer. I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Busan! ✨

Even though it's summer, my skin was so dry and brittle, so I came here for a Juvelook skin treatment!!!!! The facilities are clean, and the consultation with the director, manager, and staff was so detailed that I am extremely satisfied ㅠㅠ Juvelook volume treatments are inevitably painful, but the director performed the procedure as painlessly as possible, so I had a great experience 💚

I had a great experience at The First Skin Clinic this time, getting a US-style ultrasound lift and fillers. During the consultation, they asked about my concerns first, and then the doctor assessed the appropriate treatment. There was no pushy pressure to get more treatments. Before the fillers, the doctor explained how the proportions would be adjusted, which was considerate as I prefer a more natural look. During the ultrasound treatment, the staff constantly checked on me, which made me feel very reassured. The clinic was clean and comfortable. Having a translator was very helpful, especially for foreigners, as communication was smooth. They also explained the post-treatment precautions afterward. I'll need to observe the results for a while longer, but the overall experience from consultation and treatment to service was excellent. I would definitely come back if I need lifting or contouring in the future.

I made an appointment and visited because it is the largest and best-rated dermatology clinic in Hwamyeong-dong! It was my first time getting Rejuran Healer, so I was nervous, but they were very kind and applied the numbing cream thoroughly. They gave me the injection quickly, so it didn't hurt as much as I expected.

The store is spacious and bright. A translator is immediately available upon entry. They'll first do a skin analysis, then arrange a consultation with the doctor. He explained in detail what I wanted to improve. After the explanation, we were taken to a place to confirm the treatments. The treatments I wanted exceeded my budget, but the consultants were very patient in explaining which options were better and didn't push sales. So I opted for the doctor's recommendation, although the dosage might be lower. Overall, the service was excellent! 😍 Looking forward to seeing the results in a few days! 🥴🥴

The clinic was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. During the consultation, they carefully explained the treatment details and prices, and offered advice based on my individual needs. The doctor was very meticulous during the procedure and clearly explained the precautions afterward. The whole process was smooth and reassuring. It's a clinic I would consider if I were in Busan for cosmetic procedures!

Since it’s summer, the weather is hot, and perhaps because sebum production has increased, I’ve been particularly concerned about the pores in my butterfly zone lately ㅠㅠ I’ve always had concerns about my pores, but I wanted to manage them properly this time, so I visited to get the Juvelook Skin treatment! During the initial consultation, I liked that the director carefully examined my skin condition and explained which areas I should focus on for care. I was even more pleased because the consultation was friendly and allowed me to ask questions comfortably. The interior was clean and had a luxurious feel, so I was able to receive the treatment in a relaxed atmosphere 👍🏻 The director administered the Juvelook Skin treatment herself using manual injections, and I was satisfied because she gave it meticulously! Personally, I have received Rejuran before, but this felt less painful than Rejuran, so it was actually more comfortable 🩷. I felt confident because she examined each area so thoroughly. I still need to see if I can manage it consistently, but if you are worried about pores in your butterfly zone, I think it would be good to get a consultation :) I should bring my mom along next time too haha. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a dermatology clinic in the Hwamyeong-dong or Yangsan area 🫶🏻

1️⃣ Luxurious interior + Friendly staff 2️⃣ Not a factory-style procedure, personally designed by the doctor 3️⃣ Convenient location right across from Lotte Mart Hwamyeong Branch They kindly explained everything from the reservation stage to the application of anesthetic cream before the procedure, and right up to the actual treatment stage. Above all, I am so satisfied with the results ㅠㅠ - Please note that the photo was taken immediately after the procedure, so there are injection marks and some swelling !!

This was my first time receiving treatment at this cosmetic clinic. Having a Japanese interpreter made the entire process, from consultation to treatment, very reassuring. The clinic itself was very clean, spacious, and had a calming atmosphere. I received Ultherapy, and I'm looking forward to seeing the results. I also had fillers added under my eyes, and the results are very natural; the areas I was concerned about are now beautifully smoothed out, and I'm extremely satisfied. I didn't feel pressured to get any further treatments, which made it easy to discuss my concerns. If I were to receive cosmetic medical treatment in Busan again, I would definitely choose this clinic!

Since this was my first time receiving Juvelook Skin, I was worried about the pain and the condition of my skin after the procedure, but it was better than I expected, and I felt that the treatment was performed meticulously. I usually have large pores, so I was stressed about my uneven skin texture; however, I appreciated being able to discuss these issues in detail during the consultation and receive treatment tailored to my specific concerns. My skin was slightly red after the procedure, but as I was advised, it subsided quickly over time. I was also satisfied because my skin texture felt smoother and more refined. In particular, the staff were kind, and the clinic was clean, making the overall visit comfortable. I appreciated that they took meticulous care of me from the consultation to the treatment, without giving the impression that they were rushing through it. I had many concerns regarding my pores and skin texture, but I feel that my skin will improve with consistent care, so I would like to visit again if I need skin care in the future!
