I was very nervous because of the thyroid surgery, but I was satisfied with the result. It was a single room, so I could rest quietly, and it wasn't stuffy because there was a TV and a window. The restroom was outside the room, but it wasn't a big inconvenience. The medical staff and employees explained everything kindly, which put me at ease. The surgery took about an hour, and the pain I was most worried about wasn't as severe as I expected. I felt sleepy for about 30 minutes after the surgery, but my recovery was better than expected, and overall, I was able to complete it without much burden. I hope this will be of some help to those who are worried about upcoming thyroid surgery.

I had surgery for thyroid cancer and was hospitalized. The surgery went cleanly and well, and the recovery period is super fast! I was very worried about whether I had to go to a university hospital, but I think it was a good decision to quickly book an appointment at Thank You Seoul Clinic. I had a ranula (sublingual gland cyst) removed. Dr. Kang Young provided a detailed and kind explanation of the surgery, and the nurses were also very friendly, so I was able to stay without any discomfort. I was happy that the surgery schedule was arranged quickly, and the hospitalization period was short, just one night and two days, which I am very satisfied with. I had undergone mucocele removal twice at another university hospital, spending time and money, but it recurred, so I came here. I wish I had come sooner...

I was very worried because the parotid gland tumor was deep within the nerves, but the surgery finished safely without any side effects, so I'm leaving a review. The 4-person room was more spacious than I expected, and the doctors and nurses were all kind and took good care of me. The facilities are clean overall, which is great.

While researching top hospitals for my thyroid cancer surgery, I learned that Dr. Ha Jeong-hoon, a renowned doctor from Seoul National University Hospital, is now the representative director at Thank You Clinic. Therefore, I decided to have my surgery here. I was anxious to have the surgery as soon as possible, and fortunately, it was scheduled very quickly. I had the surgery and was discharged in just two days (one night). Immediately after the surgery, I had phlegm and persistent coughing, which was difficult, but I felt much better after a day. The nurses were also very kind, and I was able to focus on my treatment comfortably during my hospital stay. Thank you.

I came here to have a parotid gland tumor removed, recommended by an acquaintance! I had made an appointment at a university hospital, but it would take two weeks just for the CT scan and another two weeks for the results, so I couldn't wait and just came to Seoul ㅋㅋ I was glad that Thank You Seoul Clinic could schedule the surgery without any waiting time, fitting it into their schedule! The single rooms were all occupied, so I was admitted to a four-person room, which was very clean and nice! There are two beds on each side, and a sink inside. The restrooms are also conveniently located close by in the hallway ㅎㅎ The nurses taking care of me were also very kind!! I had the surgery performed by Dr. Ha Jeong-hoon, and the surgical site happened to be right under my ear ㅜㅜ I already had a butterfly tattoo done as a cover-up after a sebaceous cyst removal surgery when I was twenty, and it turned out to be exactly that spot.. During the first consultation, he mentioned the butterfly might get a little damaged, but after the surgery, he told me he had performed it while avoiding the tattoo >< He was so thoughtful and I could feel his care for the patient, which was great ㅎㅎ I'm so glad I canceled my university hospital appointment and came to Thank You Seoul Clinic! Because of my mother's surgery, we scheduled it in advance, stayed one night, and were discharged the next day. After being diagnosed with a salivary gland tumor, we waited until the surgery date. My mother said a shared room would be fine, so we booked a four-person room. Although I was a little worried, there was only one other patient besides us, so we stayed one night without any complaints. My mother and I rested comfortably and peacefully, and I was able to take good care of her. The nurses were very kind, and when the doctor made rounds and examined her, he seemed competent and provided clear diagnoses, which gave me confidence. My older sister researched and found out there was a renowned doctor at a famous hospital, which reassured my mother. The surgery and recovery until discharge went safely and comfortably. I will definitely recommend this hospital to many people around me. It's a kind and warm hospital. I had thyroid cancer surgery! The food was delicious, the hospital room was comfortable, and everything was great. Thanks to the kind nurses, I had a comfortable stay. I feel so good, it's almost like I didn't have surgery at all, just like having a mild sore throat.

I had a lump under my chin for some time, but I neglected it because it didn't hurt. When I went for a thyroid check-up at a local clinic, the doctor saw the ultrasound and told me to go to a bigger hospital. I couldn't sleep all night worrying about it, but then I found out about Thank You Seoul, which is famous for head and neck surgery, and decided to visit. To my surprise, as soon as the doctor saw the ultrasound, they said it was a 'stone' (calculus), which gave me confidence. I checked in at 11 AM, received treatment, and went straight into surgery without any waiting. I was out in 30 minutes. The nurses in the ward were all very kind. The ward and facilities were all clean and comfortable. The pain isn't too severe, and I think I'll recover quickly. Thank you!

I was very uncomfortable and worried due to sialolithiasis (타석증), but I was very satisfied with the overall experience, from consultation to surgery and recovery. I am a resident of Gyeonggi Province. I found a lump over 6 centimeters in my neck in my neighborhood and needed surgery, so I came because someone strongly recommended Dr. Ha Jeong-hoon. After coming here, I understood why he was recommended. The 'I am a master physician!' aura felt throughout the hospital, and I am sensitive to bathroom odors, but the bathrooms in the ward are clean. All the nurses who come by are very kind ㅠㅠ I think their skills are also good. (As a non-medical person, I think someone is skilled if they give injections well. They give injections with one precise stab!) Dr. Ha really 'flies' around on surgery days, which is so cool ㅎㅎㅎ He looks so professional ㅎㅎㅎ When he checked on my progress after surgery, my husband was worried about scarring on my neck, and he comforted me with his wonderful voice =) He was like a romantic doctor 👍🏻 It hurts a bit right after surgery, but it doesn't last long. By evening, my condition improves significantly. It's really convenient that I can do all the necessary tests for the surgery at once here ㅎㅎ
