I was nervous about my first cosmetic medical treatment, but the interpreter, Kim Joo-mi, stayed with me the whole time and helped me relax. I was able to have the treatment with great peace of mind and I'm very satisfied. I was also happy that I received 702 shots of Raja Lan instead of the usual 700! I'm looking forward to seeing the results!

I visited because I heard there was no overtreatment, and indeed there wasn't; the staff were also very kind! The consultation was thorough and tailored to my skin, which made me feel very professional. It was my first time receiving the Ultra Pulse Alpha, and while it was painful as I heard, I expect it to be just as effective. It is close to the subway, and the facilities are clean. I visited because I heard Potenza is great, and the staff are friendly and the pricing is very reasonable! I made a reservation and barely had to wait. They applied the numbing cream for as long as I wanted, so I had a very comfortable experience. Other places apply numbing cream for 30 minutes and then immediately start the laser, which is painful, but here you can apply it and wait for an hour. They are also kind and explain the procedure well.

The clinic as a whole was very clean and comfortable! A dedicated interpreter was with me the whole time, and they talked to me a lot, making it a fun and relaxing experience! I heard through a search that this place is a great spot for Potenza treatments, so I traveled all the way from Suwon to visit. Even though I arrived later than my scheduled time, they kindly welcomed me. I was able to go straight into treatment without any waiting. All the front desk staff are incredibly kind. The consultation manager is also very friendly. There are no extra charges; they just provide consultation on what I wanted, and they said such pleasant things that it made me feel even better. And the nurses and therapists—every single one of them—are so kind! They applied the numbing cream very generously and thoroughly!! They also administered the Potenza treatment meticulously! They gave me over 702 shots!! The Juveluxkin injection went well too!! I completed the payment for my 3rd session today!! I am so satisfied!!!! I highly recommend it!!👍👍

I've tried Potenza at other places near Gangnam Station, but they apply the shots more thoroughly here! They apply the numbing cream carefully, and it's nice to just lie down and wait..

I received treatments with Potenza and Juberg, and was also given an Aqua Peel as a service during the event. Having an interpreter present at all times made me feel relaxed and at ease. Both the interpreter and the therapist were very kind. The location and service were excellent, and I would definitely like to use their services again.
