I had a previous experience visiting this hospital. I went to see a cardiologist because of a high heart rate and pain. The doctor examined me, listened to my heart, and ordered an ECG. It turned out that my heart was fine, and the pain was more related to neurology and had nothing to do with my heart. Of course, I was very happy that my heart was healthy :) I liked the doctor himself. He was very polite, calm, and, in my opinion, a competent specialist. The nurses were also all friendly. I speak Korean, so I didn't need a translator. But once I got to the hospital, I learned that there is a Russian-speaking coordinator who helps international patients. So if you don't speak Korean, I think that won't be a problem. The hospital is quite large, everything is clean. And the location is very convenient: subway line 2, Geumnyeongsan station (금련산역), exit 4 – the hospital is right across the street. You definitely won't have to search for long :) Overall, I had a good impression of both the doctor and the hospital itself.

They perform Tenex elbow surgery here. I had the surgery, and while the doctor is kind, some of the nurses are unfriendly.

The English interpreter was really helpful, I really appreciated it. There was some waiting time, but since I didn’t have an appointment I think it was reasonable. The doctors were also very kind and professional.

A good hospital, I went to the Mortuary for a Funeral ceremony. SO I cannot say much about the hospital. But the Mortuary has good signs and post to get where you need to go.

I had Thyroid surgery at this hospital. The doctor, Dr. Hong Jong-Chul was very competent, skilled in his surgery and highly professional. And his english is very good. Under hospitalization the nurse staff was kind and effective, and their routines also professional. So professionally I can highly recommend this hospital. However their Covid-19 restrictions does not make much sense. I could not have my wife in my room at all time, even it was a single room and she had self test every day. Covid-19 is not a big threat and the staff goes home and out and meet many people every day, so why my wife couldn't be here all day and sleep at a hotel is simply not understandable and makes no sense. I think they have the most - unnecessary - strict rules of all hospitals in Busan. The food is not great, but I guess this is often the case at hospitals.

Admitted my mum to this hospital due to most likely food poisoning. (nearest to my hotel) Thankful to the staff who gave superb assistance despite not being able to communicate in english well. Mum was given drip and she is able to feel a lot better…

Recently I fell and really hurt my foot. I went to this hospital for X-rays, consultation and a splint type boot in order so that I could more easily fly back to Canada. The lady who runs the international registration desk was very kind and considerate and she spoke good English and helped me when I met with the doctor. All the staff were very professional and helpful when dealing with me and my injury. I am so appreciative for their advice and help. Highly recommend going here - also right at 9 Am when it opens up.

The entrance to the underground parking lot is so narrow and sloped, so it's really hard to get in. It's narrow, and I have to go around and around~~~~~~~
