I cannot recommend Dr. Kim and her team highly enough. I was visiting Korea when I unexpectedly developed a dental problem, and they were able to see me almost immediately. I was concerned that I might need a root canal, and unfortunately that turned out to be the case. Thankfully, I couldn’t have been in better hands. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Dr. Kim speaks perfect English, making it incredibly easy to understand every step of the treatment. During my visit, she completed the root canal, placed a temporary crown, and later fitted my permanent crown. The entire process was completely painless, and the quality of care was exceptional—every bit as good as, if not better than, what I’ve experienced in the United States. The staff were warm, professional, and efficient, making every appointment stress-free. I was so impressed with the care I received that I even decided to have several old fillings replaced while I was there. I did not have Korean dental insurance and paid by credit card. Even paying out of pocket, the costs were very reasonable, especially considering the high level of expertise and service. Before I left, the office also prepared a comprehensive packet of documentation for me to submit to my insurance company in the United States for reimbursement, which I greatly appreciated. If you’re an international visitor or an English-speaking resident looking for exceptional dental care in Korea, I would recommend Dr. Kim without hesitation. Outstanding dentist, outstanding team, and an overall excellent experience.

The head dentist spent over 10 years practicing in 3 major US cities, including NYC, so her English is absolutely flawless. I actually saw her chatting with other foreign patients while I was there, and it was so cool to see how comfortable and well-cared-for everyone felt. I went in for scaling and teeth whitening, and I was so impressed. The scaling was super thorough, and the whitening didn't make my teeth sensitive at all! I found this dental clinic to be nice and clean. It’s a smaller clinic which I’m fine with. There was no upsell and the doctor was very personable. She is fluent in both Korean and English. I had a scaling and an express whitening treatment. Overall I had a good experience here and would come back the next time I am in Seoul.

I went in for teeth whitening, the dentist is a very energetic and kind lady who also found a cavity when checking the general dental health. It's a bit of a hectic environment so you don't feel like you're highly prioritized, but they work very quickly and carefully, so the quality is excellent! If you are going to whiten your teeth, I recommend bringing lip balm, as your lips will become dry and stretched quite a bit while lying there waiting for the whitening effect.
