I had some free time so I made a reservation the day before, and I was able to book an appointment for 10am. Even though it was a last-minute visit, there was a Japanese-speaking staff member there, so I knew they were always on duty, and I think it's a clinic where you can visit without hesitation. The counseling was thorough, and there was no upselling. However, it seems that they don't share patient records between branches, and I thought it would be great if they did so so that it would be easier to visit in Seoul as well. They seem to have a lot of events going on, so I would like to visit again next time.

They have Chinese-speaking medical aesthetic doctors who provide a very detailed explanation and assessment before performing any procedures, so you can come even if you don't speak Korean.

Update: After posting this review I contacted the clinic for a time-sensitive question about aftercare. It's been 3 days and I haven't received a response. I'd recommend getting all the information from the doctor (not the translator) on the day of treatment because they do not provide any support after treatment. I visited Vans clinic to remove dark spots from sun and age. First I met with the English speaking consultant and discussed treatment options. When it came time for the treatment the doctor recommended a different approach. The English consultant helped us discuss the change and helped out changing the fees paid. The three step treatment I ended up with was very thorough treating different types of spots with different lasers. After, I recieved a cooling skin treatment and a mask to soothe my skin. Now I'll wait and visit again in 2 weeks to see the results. I'm happy with the staff, treatment and the prices offered. Transparent online pricing is the best!
