Here's my first time visiting here for my acne scar exiting for decades. The staff here are friendly, and the consultant did a good explanation of the procedure and how it will be done with clear price on the areas applied. My acne condition was suggested approx 6 times to have it perfect varies by personal expectations. I will let all know my result after 2 weeks recovery. Im satisfied with their transparency, staff and details.

I received collagen therapy. There was a staff member who spoke Japanese, and the treatment was very thorough. I was told that several sessions are necessary, so I'll be monitoring the progress going forward.

I’m sharing details from my first contact to first visit. As an international customer, I was able to connect through their WhatsApp. The text conversation was smooth and they were great with appt set up. During my visit to the clinic, the attending Doctor recommended getting Potenza and a booster so i got those done. My son had Coratherapy and exosomes. For our skin condition, we will likely need followups. The clinic seems courteous and accommodating. I’m looking forward to one more treatment before we heading back to the states!

I had a great experience at this Korean medicine clinic in Gangnam. I received a skin treatment, and the entire process was professional, comfortable, and well organized. The service is excellent. All of the staff members are friendly and easy to communicate with, and the doctor is especially kind and detail-oriented. I had a large red chickenpox scab on my forehead, and it has become much smaller than before after my first treatment. It’s still healing, but I’m happy with the progress and expect it to continue improving.

I went to the clinic for a consultation because I wanted to treat an old scar. The process from consultation to payment was smooth, and a kind interpreter assisted me. I was happy that I could wait for the anesthetic cream to be applied in a private room! The director and nurses were all kind, and I felt at ease during the surgery. It's a clinic I would definitely want to go to again.

I was glad that there was a counselor who could speak Japanese, which made the booking process via LINE very smooth. They were also considerate, saying they would apply extra anesthetic cream because I thought it might be painful since it was my first time. I would definitely like to use their services again when I come back to Korea. I'm looking forward to the results of the treatment.
