The environment was clean and tidy, with one-on-one service, a private VIP room, and a very friendly Chinese translator who explained things very clearly! The doctor was very professional, providing detailed explanations of cosmetic procedures and daily skincare advice, without any hard-selling or pressure. The treatment process was very attentive, with constant monitoring of the patient's condition. I will definitely go to this clinic again when I'm in Busan 😊

I had my Elblanc clinic visit today, and the overall experience was even better than I expected, so I wanted to share it. Upon entering the clinic, I was struck by the high-quality decor and the comfortable, quiet environment. Each client has their own VIP lounge, and from registration and waiting to receiving anesthesia, consultation, and post-treatment rest, almost everything is done in my own room. The privacy is excellent; I rarely encounter other clients, and I don't have to worry about my conversations being overheard, which I really appreciated. On the day of my visit, a Taiwanese translator and a Korean translator accompanied me throughout. Both were very professional and friendly, and the process was very smooth, with no long waits. The overall pace was very comfortable. The doctor spoke very gently and patiently. During the consultation, they didn't push treatments but first understood my needs, then analyzed which treatments were suitable and which weren't necessary based on my skin condition. The whole process was completely stress-free, and in the end, I was allowed to decide which treatments to receive, which was a huge plus. The equipment used in the clinic looked new and high-quality, and the overall environment made me feel quite at ease. My entire treatment lasted about three and a half hours, and they even provided us with refreshments afterwards. My appointment was at 2:30 PM, and I was out around 6 PM. Although it wasn't a short time, it didn't feel rushed at all. During the treatment, the doctor and nurse constantly checked on me, asking if I was uncomfortable or needed rest, and they also offered encouragement, making the whole process less stressful. Besides the doctor, the nurse who accompanied me today was especially kind and encouraging; it was very comfortable being with her! The effects still need some time to heal and observe, so I won't comment on the efficacy yet. However, based solely on the service, environment, consultation style, and overall experience, I'm truly satisfied, and I understand why some people want to come back after trying it. If you're like me, and you value a doctor's attentiveness, a patient consultation, and dislike being constantly pressured to buy things, I think this place is definitely worth considering. The photo shows the refreshments provided after the treatment. My own treatment room was also very comfortable, but I forgot to take a picture! 🤣

Highly recommended clinic! 👍 1. Inquiries and appointments were all made through the clinic's Line account, and the response time was very fast. 2. Ms. Xu, the Chinese translator, was kind and friendly, and provided excellent service. Her help made me feel more at ease and reassured. 3. The head doctor is a woman. She analyzed my skin condition carefully and suggested very practical treatments. Her techniques were meticulous, and she was very soothing. 4. The environment is quiet, clean, and comfortable, very relaxing. There weren't many people waiting around, making it perfect for individuals. 5. There was no hard selling or hidden charges. You could choose what you wanted to do. Prices were transparent and open!

My first ever cosmetic procedure was here! The Taiwanese lady who accompanied me was incredibly kind and attentive, always looking out for me. There was no need to worry about sales pitches or anything; you can have whatever you want done here without any concerns! Most importantly, everything is done directly by the doctor (who is super gentle and meticulous), not like an assembly line. Next time I'm in Busan and want to get cosmetic procedures done, I'll definitely choose this place first.

The clinic is clean, comfortable, and bright. The staff are all very friendly and will do their best to handle any issues. During the consultation, the director also conducted a very thorough diagnosis, identifying necessary procedures and recommending treatments only for the areas we wanted to improve. The entire treatment was performed by the director, and we were free to choose the specific procedures we wanted. It's natural to have some reservations when taking an elder abroad for facials for the first time, but the staff were very professional. I would definitely choose this clinic again if I had the opportunity.

My experience with cosmetic procedures in Busan this time was excellent! I initially booked a consultation because my face was prone to redness and my skin condition was unstable. The doctor was very thorough, first understanding my usual skin condition and concerns, and then providing advice based on my individual needs. What impressed me most was that the doctor didn't simply push expensive treatments, but rather planned a suitable treatment based on my skin condition, which made me feel very professional and at ease. The clinic environment was clean and comfortable, and the receptionists and therapists were very friendly, making communication easy even for foreign tourists. During the treatment, they continued to check on my feelings and explained things carefully, making the overall experience very comfortable. I just finished the treatment and am looking forward to seeing the improvement in redness and the tightening of my facial contours. I was very satisfied with the service, professionalism, and overall experience. My first Korean cosmetic surgery experience: With so many clinics to choose from, I was overwhelmed. I happened to see a doctor on a beauty website who diligently shared relevant information, so I added him on Line to inquire about the details. There are many cosmetic surgery clinics in Korea, and the prices seem to be moderate. From the doctor's posts and conversations, I could tell his philosophy is to value everyone's desire to become more beautiful and to avoid making appointments with long waiting times. I think this is great because in Taiwan, getting cosmetic surgery often involves waiting so long it's frustrating; it makes you feel like time is precious. I was a little nervous and uncertain about the new clinic. Because of GPT's advice, I inquired about the doctor's education and experience. On the day of the procedure, I learned that the doctor himself translated and replied to all the messages, which I found very thoughtful. The clinic's decor was comfortable, high-end, and beautiful. Each person had a VIP lounge. All waiting and procedures were performed in the room. The privacy was excellent; I wouldn't see other patients or be overheard. There were two accompanying translators, one Taiwanese and one Korean. Both provided good service; the Taiwanese translator was particularly friendly. The process was well-organized, and there wasn't much waiting time. The doctor looked younger than in the photos and spoke very gently. The consultation was very comfortable; there was no pushy sales pitch, just advice on the procedures I asked about. The clinic's equipment looked very advanced. Even the pre-operative photos were very sophisticated, completely different from those in Taiwan. In Taiwan, they just stand still and take pictures with a DSLR camera. Here, they use machines, and the doctor analyzes your condition—it's a technologically advanced approach. The overall experience was excellent. Look how much progress the world has made! Finally, you choose the treatment you want. The staff doesn't try to upsell you at all and are very polite, saying you can choose for yourself without feeling pressured. I think this is really great because I've seen many assembly-line reviews that just seem to be focused on making money. In the end, I had Phoenix Radiofrequency, Gold Microneedling, and a laser treatment. The Phoenix Radiofrequency was incredibly painful; I even cried at the end! After the "big devil" treatment, the other treatments didn't hurt at all. The whole process took almost 4 hours, and you could feel the doctor's attentiveness. The effects will probably be visible after about a month. I hope it's effective; I'm really looking forward to it. But until then, the whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend everyone who's interested to try it. I already think I'll go back!

My first visit was so comfortable! The environment was clean, stylish, and quiet. Before the doctor's consultation, a staff member carefully removed my makeup. We were three good friends, and they gave us a VIP room to change clothes together – it made us feel more at ease. After makeup removal, they professionally photographed my bare face, and then the doctor consulted me based on the photos. After the consultation, I returned to the VIP room. The staff were transparent about the prices for all the procedures I wanted, so there was no pressure at all. A big shout-out to Ms. Hsu! She's a lovely Taiwanese girl who stayed by my side and encouraged me throughout the procedure. Having someone speaking my native tongue to comfort me during the minor pains of beauty treatments is really important. Thank you! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Even with just a simple facial, I felt like a VIP!

This was my first time at this clinic, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. The presence of a Taiwanese translator made me feel especially at ease, even abroad. This clinic operates entirely by appointment, seeing only 5 to 8 patients a day, and only one patient per hour. The clinic is very private and quiet, allowing for complete relaxation. The consultation and treatment were both conducted personally by the doctor. His advice was practical and there was no hard selling. One of the treatments I had was a facial rejuvenation treatment. The doctor was incredibly meticulous, carefully adjusting the depressions I was concerned about. I could clearly feel that he was truly dedicated to designing and fine-tuning the treatment based on my individual face shape, which gave me peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, a translator was with me, making me feel truly cared for and warmly welcomed. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to everyone; the entire experience was fantastic and impeccable!

Having someone who speaks Mandarin on-site made me feel much more at ease. After all, many medical aesthetic terms differ between China and Taiwan.

My April appointment included a consultation and treatment performed personally by the director. He offered a lot of professional and practical advice and didn't try to sell me anything! I recently had HIFU and microneedling done. The environment was beautiful and quiet, almost VIP-like. The clinic has a Chinese translator to accompany you, so language isn't a problem. They also provided a treatment explanation, letting me know what to do next. The doctor was very gentle and explained the treatment carefully beforehand. You can let them know if you experience any pain or problems during the procedure. Afterwards, they gave you a complimentary face mask and refreshments in the shop. The price might not be the cheapest in Busan, but the service was wonderful! Definitely worth the experience, I'd definitely go again!

The private consultation room is elegant and comfortable. After a professional makeup removal session and a professional instrument test, you can then meet with the doctor! The doctor will provide professional advice based on the instrument test results. Any questions can be discussed in the consultation room. The doctor explains things carefully and doesn't push sales. I'm also very grateful to the Taiwanese consultant; being Taiwanese really makes me feel much more at ease ❤️ This was my first cosmetic procedure, and I was very satisfied with the Re2O treatment. I'll definitely come back to Dr. Helen for my second and third visits. I hope to meet another consultant from Taiwan next time!
