Large Health Checkup Clinic It is crowded, but the service is fast. Using the elevator is inconvenient and takes a long time. The staff are friendly.

Great experience and fast results! When you get into the building, go directly to the 4th floor and register at the kiosk. If the registration fails, that's normal. Just click something like "I don't have an appointment", get the ticket and proceed with a live registration at the counter. All 15 procedures (including custom tests that I added on top) took just 3 hours to complete! Everything was super fast and welll organized with smart lines management. The best think was that I was able to get the ultrasound images right after the procedure to review them myself and then discussef them with the doctor in 10 minutes after. Ji Young Kim, a receptionist was very helpful and guided me immediately if I had any questions or requests. Great experience! Clinics in US and Canada is a joke, Korea is way ahead

I booked a comprehensive medical check-up through Himedi at KMI, and it was money well spent. The entire experience was exceptionally well-organized, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism from reception to completion. I was initially concerned about the language barrier, but all staff members spoke clear English and explained each procedure clearly. The full examination took around five hours due to its extensive scope, yet the process was smooth and efficient. Following the check-up, I received a detailed medical report in both Korean and English via email. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and quality. Highly recommended it for anyone considering a full medical check up in Korea.

A place where the nurses are more helpful than the doctors. I asked during my appointment if I could breastfeed after getting a chest X-ray, and the specialist said they didn't know. What the heck?! The nurse at the front desk explained it much more clearly and convincingly.

Hallelujah for K-Medical. Because I know that if you are just visiting without any relatives, things can be quite confusing. I'll try my best to explain things as much as possible for people who wants advise. I got my ticket at 6:55 AM and was already 13th in line—so many early birds. From 7:00 AM, the numbers moved quickly, but be aware that they don’t call them out. You need to monitor the screen carefully to avoid missing your turn. When called, they’ll ask for your reservation number and ID (passport, etc.) and confirm the package you’ve chosen. This is when I realised that my package included far more tests than I expected—an amazing deal for the price. 1. Preparing for Your Visit Plan ahead for a smooth experience, especially as this is a major centre for both locals and foreigners. Visit their website in advance after obtaining a temporary phone number via eSIM—they send important information leading up to your appointment. I booked my appointment after arriving in Seoul and only had to wait just over a week. Also you must complete the online-questionnaire in advance prior to the visit on the day. I chose the Standard package for a gastroscopy under sedation (estimated cost: 500,000 KRW as a foreigner). Note: The website didn’t specify all included tests, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive 8–9 additional tests at no extra cost. Unless you they find something while proceeding gastroscopy under sedation, which they'll explain about the extra costs. 2. Location & Arrival Stay as close as possible to the center for convenience. I visited KMI Gangnam (Seolleung, 2-min walk from Seolleung Station Exit 10). My Airbnb was nearby (Exit 4), and I booked a morning appointment (7:00–9:00 am). No specific time slots—appointments are assigned within a general window. Arrived at the building at 6:50 am (Exit 10, the KMI sign is visible ahead). Security will ask your destination; my text message said "ALL Level", but if unspecified, go to Level 10. 3. Check-in Process After exiting the elevator, you’ll see a kiosk. If you have a reservation, enter your phone number or reservation number. If it says “Reservation cannot be found”,but don’t panic and select “Visiting without reservation” from the main page instead. This step only generates a ticket number (like Service NSW in Australia) so you can check in at the front desk. 4. Testing & Gastroscopy Process Check-in & Initial Tests: I got my ticket at 6:55 am—there were already 12 people ahead of me. The queue moves quickly from 7:00 am (watch the screen for your number). They verify your reservation, ID (passport), and confirm your package. After changing, go to the help kiosk (near the changing rooms) to start. You scan your locker card at each test room to enter the queue. Completed 9 tests on Level 10 in 1.5 hours. Then they may ask you to go to different levels for other tests. I went to level 7 for the Gastroscopy: Got a new ticket from the kiosk (reservation number not needed). 8:33 am—30 people ahead of me, but the wait was only 25-27 minutes. Registered, drank the prep syrup, and was called in 10 minutes later. Was put to sleep quickly, and the procedure took 10-15 minutes. (Felt like I was in a train station in my dream). Escorted out and sent to the doctor’s office on different level 8 immediately for a consultation. My gastroscopy & scan results were already available within minutes while I was walking up a level. Thanks to K- efficiency. Discussed key results with the doctor, while remaining reports are emailed later. Final Steps: Returned my locker key, and they will send you a Breakfast code via sms. What, why but thank you so much. Walked out from the building by 9 34am, headed to the relevant restaurant. I really hope that you experience the procedure as well as I did, because the experience in overseas can overwhelming sometimes. Let me know if you have any question.

April 17th Health Checkup I guess it's best to do it at the beginning of the year. It wasn't crowded, so the tests went quickly. It was clean and friendly, so I liked it.

KMI is Korea's leading comprehensive health checkup institution. It operates eight centers in major cities nationwide, with three locations in Seoul specifically situated in Gwanghwamun, Yeouido, and Gangnam. It provides services ranging from national health checkups to corporate and group health screenings. I recently booked and visited the Gangnam Center, and it is larger than I expected. It is close to Seolleung Station, making transportation convenient, and parking is available. The checkup center occupied floors 2 through 11, while the 11th floor housed offices. The facilities were clean, and since the waiting time was short, I was able to receive my checkup quickly. I underwent a sedated endoscopy, and it was much more comfortable than when I had it done before. I would like to continue using their services in the future.

As a foreigner, the experience was novel and very interesting. You are basically directed very efficiently from one station to another. You are given an ID card, and after you change, you are told to go to a door number. You tap in, get called in, do something (ie blood pressure, audiometry, ultrasound, blood test, etc) and then move to the next numbered door. Including colonoscopy, endoscopy, and a CT, you are basically in and out within 2-3hrs. Any biopsies are extra cost. It’s basically the Disneyland of medical exams. Tap your GeniePass, get on the ride, and off to the next thing.

A factory-style medical checkup center. If you go the day before or the day after a holiday, you have to wait quite a while. They used to give out meal tickets, but they don't anymore.

Although it's a factory-style facility, it's convenient because it offers systematic and diverse testing. Ultrasounds and endoscopies require reservations (if same-day appointments are not available, appointments can be made within a year).

1. clean and simple physical chek-up place due to new remodeling/innovation 2. Employees are seemed to being very tired because of the repeated routine job owing to so so many clients. 3.Not comfortable due to so so many clients crowded from early mornig at 7:00A.M. opening time. 4. At least minimum over 20 minutes of waiting time at the front desk for registration. 5. Strong recommendations to avoid registration time of early morning 7. all electronic system on every chekup steps 8. price is reasonable.
