I went in for a LASIK screening! It was a great opportunity to have my eyes fully examined using the latest equipment. During the exam, they mentioned there was a small hole in my retina—I had never had my eyes checked before, so I had been living without knowing about it, and I'm so glad I had the chance to get it treated. The staff and the doctor were all very kind and explained everything well! They told me to come back for a check-up every 6 months, so I'm planning to stick with this clinic!

I had LASIK surgery at Gangnam Smile at the beginning of the year! The staff were all kind and the director explained things in an easy and detailed way, so I decided to go to this hospital. The results were great and they also gave regular checkups regularly, so it was a very satisfying choice.

The nurses and doctors explained the surgery in an easy-to-understand way, so I was able to have the SMILE surgery without being nervous. If there's anyone who's hesitant about SMILE, I highly recommend trying it!

I went for LASIK surgery based on a friend's recommendation! I had the examination and the surgery on the same day! The facilities are very clean and tidy!! The staff who performed the examination, the director, and the team leader were all very kind :) They answered my questions patiently and explained the surgical procedure and precautions in detail, which made me trust them even more! I was really touched by the care I received from the team leader even after the surgery! Thanks to them, I think I was able to undergo the surgery without feeling nervous beforehand :) They continue to provide care even after the surgery, and I highly, highly recommend them!!

I felt the guidance and care during my surgery consultation were so kind and thoughtful that I trusted them and booked the surgery. However, when I visited the hospital on the day of the surgery, there were differences from what I had been told previously, which led to unexpected costs. I was very disappointed that I had to proceed with the surgery without any compensation or measures taken regarding this issue. Perhaps because the pre-surgery consultation was so attentive, I felt that the post-surgery care was not thorough enough. For someone like me who had never used eye drops before, the post-operative instructions and care were nothing more than reading directly from the manual, so I had to look up information on my own. While there are many things I am disappointed about, I am satisfied that I had the surgery, and I plan to prepare the questions I have and ask them during my next follow-up visit.

I absolutely loved it. Located near Gangnam Station, it was very easy to find the clinic. I got my LASEK done a few months ago and I am fully satisfied with my result, 20/20. The staff very helpful and supportive as well, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

At first, I brought my mom here for cataract surgery, but because the facilities were great and the equipment was state-of-the-art, I ended up getting vision correction surgery myself! The results are fantastic. Thanks to the highly skilled director and the kind staff, I’ve truly found a new light. I’ve been visiting regularly for follow-ups, and I’m very satisfied because the service has been consistently excellent from the very beginning. My younger brother is also planning to visit soon for correction.

I had SMILE laser eye surgery! When I visited the clinic, it was very clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable. In particular, the staff member who performed the examination was very kind and professional, which I really appreciated. They checked my eye condition precisely multiple times and explained everything, which built my trust. During the consultation, the director was also very kind, explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and examined me thoroughly, so I was able to proceed with the surgery. The pre-surgery consultation was also very informative, making post-surgery care easy to manage! My vision is now over 1.0 in both eyes, so I highly recommend Gangnam Smile Eye Clinic!

I am so grateful to all the staff I encountered from the moment I entered the hospital until I left after my surgery. I was always too scared to do anything but wear contact lenses, but after much deliberation, I finally decided to get the surgery. Even though I kept asking questions like a 'question machine,' the sweet staff helped me out, and now I can finally see clearly! I highly recommend Gangnam Smile Eye Clinic!!
