The clinic was clean and comfortable, with no feeling of confinement. The physical examination was very professional and thorough, which gave me peace of mind. The IV infusion process was also very comfortable, and the nurses were highly skilled. Chinese-speaking staff were available throughout, making communication seamless. They have a great set up ! Very luxurious environment. No waiting time, i get to see the doctor Song almost right on time. Consultation was seamless. That said, a few things I wish I’d known beforehand, just in case it helps you: Skin prep: They use makeup remover pads and rub your face pretty firmly during cleansing. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, let them know in advance so they can be gentler. What I had done: Re2o skin booster + NAD+ IV drip mixed with glutathione and vitamin C, all under Airnox (laughing gas/nitrogen oxide for pain relief). The laughing gas kicks in first, then the doctor comes in for injections. FYI — filming yourself during the treatment isn’t allowed. Product transparency: Unlike most of clinics in Seoul, they don’t open or show you the products before use, and they don’t show how Re2o is mixed while you are awake. This is worth knowing because product substitution (clinics swapping promised products for cheaper alternatives) has been a real issue in Korea. I did ask to verify mine, but the staff brought out a pretty beaten-up box that looked like it had seen better days 😭 so if this matters to you, I’d ask clearly upfront and see how they handle it.

I recently visited this internal health clinic and had a fantastic experience. The staff was warm, professional, and really took the time to explain every step of my visit. I tried the VRO lifting, and I was pleasantly surprised by how refreshed and lifted my face looked right after. It was quick, and I am excited for the result. I also received their body vitamin diet shots, which gave me a real boost in energy. I felt pretty good after.
