We’re visiting Busan from USA, and my wife and her friend looked for some reputable skin clinics to visit. We started out with the photos of our faces and a consultation with the doctor. He took his time to explain what he recommends, why, which one hurts, which one leaves marks, which one needs repeat treatment, things like that. Then we got a quote for everything, picked out the treatments that made sense, and then got our treatments afterwards, starting with 30 mins of numbing cream. Overall, it was a smooth educational process without much pressure. The facility is very nice, and we definitely recommend!

Went into the clinic not knowing what I wanted but the doctor was able to tell me what exactly I needed. They were so nice and explained everything in detail! I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was professional, kind, and efficient. What stood out most was how genuinely focused the team was. The dermatologist did not rush the consultation, listened sincerely to my concerns, and understood my specific skin history.

The doctor is incredibly nice and professional, explaining everything in great detail, which makes me feel very reassured. Their technique is also excellent. I've already brought my mom here for the second-generation microneedling treatment, and I've also had gold microneedling, Rejuvenate, and Juvederm skin boosting treatments. I'm very satisfied with the results and will definitely continue to have my skin managed here long-term. The staff at the salon are also extremely friendly.

I visited this clinic while looking for a dermatology clinic in Haeundae near BEXCO, and I was so satisfied that I felt it was the friendliest clinic I have ever been to. From reception to guidance and the procedure, all the staff were incredibly kind, creating a comfortable atmosphere despite it being my first visit. What I liked most was that the board-certified dermatologist director thoroughly examined my skin condition before providing a consultation. After reviewing my skin concerns and current state, he explained in detail which procedures were suitable for me. I also had an additional consultation with the manager regarding costs and the treatment schedule, which made it easy to understand. The consultation process was not burdensome, so I did not feel like I was receiving overtreatment at all. I received consultations for Ulthera Prime (Ulthera) and Rejuran. He explained the characteristics of each, the expected effects, the recovery process, and post-procedure care methods in detail, allowing me to undergo the treatments with peace of mind. Overall, my satisfaction was high, ranging from the friendly service to the professional consultation. If you are looking for a dermatology clinic in Haeundae or Centum, especially if you are considering Ulthera, Rejuran, or lifting procedures, I highly recommend getting a consultation here. It has good transportation accessibility via subway and bus, so I would like to recommend this place to those looking for a dermatology clinic in Busan.

I was worried after hearing that receiving Ultherapy incorrectly can cause hollowing in the cheeks, but the director designed the treatment perfectly to fit my face, so I haven't experienced any side effects, and my skin elasticity has improved significantly. I feel even more reassured knowing I can verify the authenticity of the product.

I was under a lot of stress because my acne kept recurring even after becoming an adult. I really appreciated that the director didn't just recommend procedures, but explained everything in detail, from the causes of the acne to my current skin condition. I felt confident because they created a treatment plan tailored to my skin, and I felt no pressure since they recommended only necessary treatments without any unnecessary procedures. After receiving treatment, the redness has subsided significantly, and new acne seems to have definitely decreased, so I am satisfied. I plan to continue visiting regularly for further care!

I came to Solid Dermatology on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did!!!! My friend had a great experience here, and honestly, mine exceeded my expectations. I was a first-timer with zero procedures under my belt and a list of concerns: forehead wrinkles, skin tightening, laugh lines, and lip volume. I was nervous going in, both about the pain and about ending up with results that looked overdone or unnatural. As a foreigner, I also had that quiet worry in the back of my mind about being overcharged or upsold. None of that happened. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was genuinely luxurious. They offered me an iced americano, the chairs and beds are all heated, and the staff was warm and reassuring throughout. I started with a thorough skin examination and the doctor made personalized recommendations based on my actual concerns and budget. That meant a lot. I ended up getting 600 shots of Xerf, Botox for my forehead and chin, and fillers in my laugh lines and lips. The results look so natural I couldn't be happier. The doctor even offered touch-ups during my stay in Korea if anything felt off. The Xerf results are still building (apparently they really show over several weeks to three months), so I'm looking forward to seeing the full effect. I will absolutely be back on my next trip to Korea. Highly, highly recommend.

The service was excellent, and the doctors were very professional and patient. They answered all my questions carefully, and the prices were very reasonable. The doctors didn't try to sell me any unnecessary procedures; there were no hidden costs. The clinic environment was lovely and smelled wonderful. The pain management was excellent; the procedures weren't as painful as I had imagined. Everyone was very friendly!
