I was in South Korea on a working holiday visa, and I found that LASIK surgery in South Korea was less expensive than in Japan, or that I could get the surgery using the latest equipment for a similar budget. After several consultations, I chose this hospital for my LASIK surgery. The pre-operative examinations were thorough, and the explanations were easy to understand. In my case, I was surprised that I could see distant objects clearly as soon as I woke up the next morning. The post-operative examinations were also done carefully, so I felt reassured about the post-operative care. It's only been one day since the surgery, so I'll need to wait and see how my vision stabilizes. So far, I'm very satisfied!

I had my Contoura LASIK surgery at Gangnam Grand Eye Clinic, and overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and the results. From the initial eye examination to the surgery and follow-up, the process was well organized. The doctor explained my eye condition and the procedure clearly, which helped me feel comfortable before the surgery. The surgery itself was much quicker and easier than I expected. My vision improved significantly after the procedure, and I am very happy that I no longer need to depend on glasses for my daily activities. The clarity of my vision has been excellent, and I have had a very positive recovery. I also appreciated the professionalism of the medical staff and the thorough eye examinations. LASIK – Contoura Highly recommend! I'd wanted to get LASIK for a long time, but I kept putting it off because I was worried about the pain and possible risks. After watching a detailed video explaining the different types of laser eye surgery, I finally decided to book my appointment. I chose this clinic because they provide a translator, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. I originally wanted Personal Eyes, but after my eye examination, Contoura LASIK was recommended instead. The examination was very thorough, and the surgery itself only took a few minutes. It wasn't painful at all, and having the translator explain everything throughout the procedure made me feel calm and reassured. My vision was slightly blurry right after the surgery, but it became much clearer within a few hours. By the next morning, I could see clearly again, with only some light sensitivity. I'm so happy with the results and truly appreciate the doctors, the translator, and all the clinic staff for their excellent care. If you're considering LASIK, I highly recommend this clinic!

The clinic is excellent, the staff is responsive, and the consultant, Michal, is very helpful. He'll be with you throughout the treatment, answering and explaining any questions. I went from -3 vision to 1.2 vision, and I'm very happy with the results. 10 out of 10.

I underwent contour LASIK surgery on 2026.07.27. After examining my eyes from all angles, my doctor recommended which surgery to perform. It was very easy because I had a permanent Mongolian translator with me. He answered all my questions clearly and explained the surgery process. I came today to see him and got protective lenses. The hospital provides excellent post-operative medication and advice. 2026.07.28

( •ॢ◡-ॢ)✧˖° Contoura Vision I had my lasik surgery last week and at first I was very scared but when the procedure happened, I didn't feel anything AT ALL. There was a slight burning smell but that didn't effect me at all hehehe. The first few hours after the surgery, there was 0 pain at all. Everything went smoothly and I could see everything the next day, I think this was the best decision I've ever made ever!!! Everybody was very helpful too! Thank you Gangnam Grand Eye Clinic!!!

After researching eye surgery clinics and getting recommendations from friends, I chose Gangnam Grand Eye Clinic—and I’m so glad I did! The doctor and interpreter were both kind and patient, making the whole experience very comfortable. I’ve worn glasses since I was 12, so finally taking them off feels amazing.
