I have always been satisfied visiting this hospital because the doctors and nurses have been kind. However, I had a disappointing experience during the registration process today. When my name was called, I was standing face-to-face with the receptionist; I simply didn't understand what was being said at that moment, but the staff member suddenly shouted loudly, "Your name!" The unexpectedly harsh tone made me feel as though I were being scolded, and I was quite flustered. Although the staff member in question (Department Head Lee ● Jeong) later apologized, saying they were busy, I believe it was a situation that could easily be perceived as uncomfortable from a patient's perspective. Since I have always had a positive impression of this hospital, this experience feels even more regrettable. I hope that more considerate service will be provided during the registration process in the future.

It was my first visit, and the facilities are clean and the interior is very spacious and nice. The nurses are all kind, and they provide excellent care. I highly recommend it.
