Treatment is performed using the PicoSure laser manufactured by Cynosure, a U.S. company. PicoSure is the world's first laser commercialized using 'picoseconds,' which are one trillionth of a second. Rather than using heat for pigment treatment, it destroys and eliminates pigment using powerful, rapid shockwaves, offering the advantage of a low risk of side effects and efficient improvement. In addition to the general toning procedure, our clinic has also been performing the Zoom Pass procedure for over 10 years, which is suitable for epidermal spot-type symptoms. We provide appropriate treatment tailored to each individual's symptoms and skin type.
Treatment information is for reference only and may vary depending on individual conditions. For accurate details, please consult with the facility.
Recommended for
- Those who want to improve epidermal pigmentation disorders such as melasma and freckles
- Someone who wants to maximize the chance of improvement with as few visits as possible, since their stay in Korea is short
- For those who did not see significant results with existing pigmentation laser treatment
- For those who wish to receive treatment in Zoom Pass mode rather than the general toning mode
Procedure Benefits
- Improves pigmentation by stably delivering picosecond energy while minimizing damage to the surrounding skin
- Proceed after accurate diagnosis using a skin diagnostic device and establishing an appropriate treatment plan
- Treatment is delivered through personalized procedure modes and customized energy settings tailored to each individual, such as Zoom Pass Mode, Toning Mode, and Fractional Mode.
- Spot-type pigmentation in the epidermis can be improved with a relatively small number of sessions.
Risks and Notes
After the procedure, temporary redness, warmth, and fine flaking may appear. These usually improve within a few days, but in some individuals they may last longer. Rarely, pigmentation changes may occur. After the procedure, please avoid activities that can increase body heat, such as drinking alcohol, going to a sauna, using heat compresses, or engaging in strenuous exercise. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking any medications, please inform us before treatment. If you have recently undergone any procedures or treatments at another medical institution, please also inform us before treatment. Scabs that form after the procedure should be allowed to fall off naturally and slowly. Do not pick them off intentionally, and do not perform peeling or scrubbing.
