Bonline Korean Medicine Clinic balance&face is a customized program that manages the left-right balance of the face and the jawline through Korean medicine. First, through objective assessment using the Janus skin and facial analyzer and midline grid photography, we check facial asymmetry, body and shoulder alignment, and swelling status. Afterward, the Korean medicine doctor personally relieves tension in the facial muscles with facial acupuncture, manages swelling and fat along the jaw and cheek lines with fat-dissolving pharmacopuncture, and corrects cervical spine, temporomandibular joint, and shoulder alignment together with chuna therapy, addressing the root causes of facial imbalance. The Pro version adds the skin booster Bonjuran (PDRN) to manage firmness and skin texture. Three packs of swelling-relief Korean herbal medicine are provided so that the treatment effects continue at home, and all needles used are individually packaged, single-use sterile needles.

Risks and Notes
Temporary red spots, slight bruising, and soreness may occur at the acupuncture and pharmacopuncture sites, and these usually resolve naturally within a few days. After fat-dissolving pharmacopuncture, the treated area may be slightly swollen or sore for a day or two. After Chuna treatment, temporary stiffness in the neck and shoulders may occur. If you have a history of osteoporosis, recent trauma, or spinal surgery, please let us know in advance so we can adjust the intensity or exclude the treatment. Please avoid saunas, alcohol, and strenuous exercise on the day of the procedure. Please inform us in advance if you are pregnant, taking anticoagulants (blood thinners), have a bleeding disorder, or have dermatitis or wounds at the treatment site. Take the swelling-relief herbal medicine 30 minutes after meals, and if you experience discomfort while taking it, stop and contact us.
Description #1 — Examination & Diagnosis (Image: Janus imaging scene or photo in front of the grid board) At Bonline Korean Medicine Clinic balance&face, the process begins before treatment with objective confirmation of facial left-right asymmetry, jawline, swelling, and shoulder/neck alignment using the Janus facial analysis device and midline grid board photography. The Korean medicine doctor directly reviews the analysis results while performing pulse diagnosis and facial muscle palpation together, determines whether the cause of asymmetry is muscle tension or temporomandibular joint/cervical spine alignment problems, and then establishes an individualized treatment plan.
Focusing on areas where tension has built up in the facial muscles, a Korean medicine doctor directly administers facial acupuncture to balance the muscles on both sides and promote circulation. Next, fat-dissolving pharmacopuncture is applied to areas with swelling and accumulated fat along the jaw and cheek lines to refine the facial contour. All needles are individually packaged, single-use sterile needles, and immediately after the procedure, facial cleansing, makeup, and daily activities are possible.
Facial asymmetry often originates from misalignment of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), cervical spine, and shoulders. Chuna therapy, performed manually by a Korean medicine doctor, corrects the misalignment around the TMJ and the neck and shoulders, and manages the underlying causes that can cause facial balance to break down again. Because it addresses both postural problems and facial asymmetry at the same time, the effects of treatment are more stable and sustained.
The Light package consists of Janus and grid chart examinations, facial acupuncture, fat-dissolving medicinal injection (yakchim), chuna therapy, and 3 doses of swelling-relief herbal medicine. The Pro package adds the skin booster Bonjuran (PDRN) to this, managing not only facial line correction but also elasticity and skin texture. These are before-and-after photos taken at the same distance and height in front of a midline grid. After the procedure, the nose tip and chin tip are aligned closer to the midline, and the difference in height between the left and right sides of the mouth corners and jawline has decreased. We record each session under identical conditions so patients can directly see the changes, and the effects and duration vary from person to person depending on constitution and muscle condition.
