Risks and Notes
Postoperative bruising and swelling may occur, but most symptoms improve within 2 to 3 weeks. Over time, the left and right sides may appear asymmetrical depending on the patient's habitual posture and skeletal structure, and revision surgery may be required if mammary gland or adipose tissue on either side is under- or over-resected. Rarely, complications such as infection or suture exposure may occur. Please avoid saunas, alcohol consumption, and strenuous exercise for 4 weeks after surgery. If you are taking anticoagulants or have a history of keloid scarring, you must inform us before scheduling your appointment.
